My campus

尚嵇小学始建于1908年，老教学楼至今已有102年的历史，而新教学楼也有了几十年的沧桑。因为老教学楼容纳不了如此多的学生，而修建了新教学楼。
旧校园里有两个操场，一个篮球场和一个400米跑道。男、女厕所分别能容纳十八人。学校共有5课刺槐，直插云霄，竟比教学楼更高！其中2棵位于厕所前，另外3株则立于教学楼前。学校领导很重视绿化，还有9个花坛，零星的散布在校园的各个角落里。
旧教学楼是泥建的，呈土黄色，有四楼。虽然破旧，但很有味道，令人怀旧。看见了便想起许多过去的事，能看见它沧桑的历史。
新教学楼是水泥修建的，护栏上镶着蓝色的瓷片，看起来很美。同样有四层楼，国旗便竖立在新教学楼前一米的旗台上。新教学楼相对于旧教学楼而言，没有太多的回忆，没有太多的历史。但这里有蓬勃的朝气，有美好的愿望，没有令人心酸的记忆。
我就读的六年级（1）班位于新教学楼三楼右起第一间教室，抬头便能看见迎风招展的红旗。教室前后各有一块黑板，二十四张桌子呈横四纵八的顺序整齐的排列着。我班四十八名成员便在这干净、有序的教室中学习着。
“不断竞争，不停下前进的脚步。”“没有最好，只有更好。”这是我的宣言，我在母校不断的努力着、拼搏着。渴望有一天能够让我这这雏鹰长出奋斗的翅膀，笑傲长空。

我的校园真美丽。
走进校门，前面是一个焕然一新的操场。一条长两百米的跑道围绕着操场。操场上有两个篮球场，两个羽毛球场;操场中间有一个醒目的太极图标，太极运动是我们学校的特色;操场右边是快乐体育设施;操场的正前方是一个国旗台，国旗台上五星红旗迎风飘扬。
操场的左边是美景植物园。里面种着桂花树、芒果树和一些岭南水果树。每当春暖花开的时候，这里一片翠绿、生机勃勃。
穿过操场，一座雄伟的教学楼屹立眼前。“严谨 求实 创新 发展”八个金灿灿的大字镶嵌在四楼的外墙上，这是我校的校训，它时时刻刻提醒我们，要认真学习，勉励师生们奋发图强。同学们把教室里外打扫得干干净净，明亮的教室里不时传来琅琅的读书声。
