新课程标准倡导“任务型”教学，培养学生的交际能力。为了落实这一精神，最近，我作为交流教师上了一节语法公开课，讲授的内容为虚拟语气。在教学过程中，我采用的是小组合作学习和任务型教学。
一、这节课的可取之处
反思这节课的教学，我觉得有以下几点可取之处：
1.话题导入，激发学生兴趣。我先创立一个非真实的情景：一个国际性的会议即将在洛阳召开，会议的议题是“全球变暖”。我把学生分成三组：一组是各个跨国公司的领导，一组是环境问题专家，另一组是不发达国家的政府官员，然后我让小组内进行交流、讨论并写下对全球变暖的看法，学生对此很感兴趣。
2.小组讨论和辩论，自然地引入本课内容。我先让学生展开小组讨论，接着我让三个组进行辩论，会用“If I were... I would...”和“If only...I wish...”句型。由此引出本节课要学习的语法――虚拟语气，并鼓励学生使用尽可能多的虚拟语气句型。这种学生自学式的导课方式，拉近了学生和教师的距离，学生的参与度大大提高。
3.小组合作学习，提高课堂效率。我让各组派代表发表他们的观点。当学生代表说出包含虚拟语气的错误句子时，我就让他们重复一遍。如果不能使用正确的形式，我就给予暗示，其余的成员要认真听，因为他们的分数是建立在代表的表述基础上的，所以他们的兴趣就集中在他们代表的表现上。学生在潜移默化中就认知了虚拟语气，并能在活动中互相学习、互相帮助、互相鼓励，体验集体荣誉感和成就感，培养合作精神。
4.学生总结，正确地认知和使用虚拟语气。辩论之后，我就领着学生进行总结，让学生把他们的要点写到黑板上，同时我检查学生对虚拟语气的使用并写下准确的用法。这样，学生在“任务”中既学习了语法，同时又提高了他们的学习兴趣。
5.课后评估，检查学生的掌握情况。之后我要求学生课下上网或者查更多的资料，写成作文。
二、这节课需改进之处
结合我们备课组几位老师所提出的建议，我觉得这节课有以下需改进的地方：
1.过高地估计了学生的接受能力，对目标语法操练得不够，在今后的教学中应通过问答、抢答、头脑风暴等多种形式加强对目标语法的操练，同时要加强学生的参与度。
2.“任务型”教学虽然在新课改实施以来已经成为英语教学主要倡导的教学模式，但在实际教学中，尤其是高中语法教学中，很多老师并不运用这种教学途径，更谈不上灵活运用。
在今后的教学中，我会多钻研教材，多了解学生，努力学习，不断完善自己。更加认真地领略新课程标准的精髓，探索好的做法，改进不足，提高课堂效率，让学生在轻松的氛围中学习英语，学好英语。
