我国是一个水资源紧缺的国家。据测定，水龙头的滴流一个小时就能集到3.6千克水。连续成线的小水流，每小时可集水17千克。作为小学生更应该在学校学习期间，努力学习，锻炼身体，节约资源。在校园里我发现：我们班旁边的饮水处，经常有些同学在饮水处里一边喝水一边洗手。这是一种浪费现象。所以我向全校同学提出以下建议：
一、为学校节约用水，不浪费一滴水，更不应该一边喝水一边洗手。
二、不但要节约用水，还看到漏水处，及时修理或向校长报告这里漏水。
三、看哪个班最节约用水，被评为“节约用水”流动红旗班。
同学们，要知道我国也是也一个贫水大国！贫水意味着什么？贫水就是贫血？水被污染？那是血在污染！水被浪费了？那是在自相残杀！如果一个人7天不吃东西，也可能不会死；但是一旦3天不喝水，死的可能性就大些。从这句话看来，就可以知道水对我们来说是多么的重要！所以我们要好好的珍惜水、利用水。让我们从现在做起，从一点一滴做起吧！

我是本校的一名小学生，我经常看见学校水龙头在滴滴答答地滴着。一个水龙头一二十秒流失1克水来计算，一分钟流失3克，一小时流失180克，一天流失4。32千克，一年流失1576。8千克，这些数字相当惊人。何况，我们学校的水龙头又止一个两个呢？
我想，之所以出现浪费水资源的想象。原因有很多，有的同学可能对节水意识比较淡薄，用过水龙头没有关紧。却造成水资源大量流失的罪魁祸首。所以，我建议：
一、学校出资将一些水龙头改成节水型水龙头，这样可以使水资源降低。
二、可以在洗手的地方贴一些标语。
三、建议学校在卫生间安装一个储水箱，将用过的废水通过净化器流入储水箱，供厕所冲。
四、建议让老师开一个班会，增强学生节水意识。
