西方教育心理学的最新教学理论是建构主义理论，其中由瑞士著名心理学家皮亚杰最初提出，后来在维果斯基等心理学家和教育学家的不断丰富和发展下，才形成了现在比较完整的建构主义。建构主义强调学习的主动性，讲授的不是被动的信息接受者，而是把学生作为了认知结构的主体。这也就让我们清楚的了解到教学不是单一的向学生传授书本知识的，它还会使学生在个人知识经验的基础上不断构建并逐步深化成知识智能结构，以完善学生思想框架图。
框架式教学是建构主义教学模式下的一种教学方法，它是由美国著名的心理学家和教育学家布鲁纳最早提出的，通常是借用建筑行业的脚手架术语，来对在教育活动中，使学生在借助教师、父母和同伴及他人提供的辅助帮助外来完成自己不能独立完成的任务的，这不断为提高学生成功的满足感而服务，而且还使他们对自己充满信心。
二、在英语作文课堂中开展框架式教学的目的
在西方框架式教学已经相当流行了，已经成为了课堂必备的一种教学模式，这种教学也是构建主义下较为受宠的教学模式。框架式教学在中国应用较少的，在中国式课堂上对框架式教学的了解不够深入。近年来传统的教学模式在英语教学中每况日下。框架式教学在英语课堂的英语课堂的运用，丰富了知识内涵，增强了学生的自信和兴趣。
三、高中生英语写作中出现的问题
（一）主题不明确
一般来说，写作就应该围绕一个主题来进行。但关乎于英汉两种不同的文化，也就不得不使学生在写作时要按照英语的写作习惯来约束自己。在汉语写作中，一般都把主旨和意图放到文章的最后，但英语写作则不然，主要是以“开门见山式”来进行的，即一开始就应该写明它的写作目的和意图，然后再根据主题句对文章进行扩展和论述。
（二）文章结构缺乏逻辑性
在写作过程中，有的学生只是根据素材对句子逐步进行翻译，他们这样翻译使前后两个句子或段落只是生搬硬套的进行了罗列，而不是使用恰当的衔接词让文章前后达到自然过渡的效果，这从而也就使他们对整篇文章缺乏理解逻辑性和连贯性。
（三）汉语式英语现象普遍
很多学生由于受汉语的影响而在写作时，习惯性的按照汉语习惯思考句子、组织句子。例如“他踢足球已经是10年前的事了”，有的学生会写成：“It's ten years since he play football”。
四、框架式教学模式在高中英语写作课堂中的应用
（一）情景创设
笔者利用两项活动搭脚手架，目的是使学生由“现有水平”向潜在发展水平转化并不断自身能力，以提高学生兴趣为准绳。
活动1：搭建学习兴趣的框架。要想搭建学生的学习框架就要有选择的以贴近学生学习生活为素材，不断创设熟悉的语言环境，以使学生对写作更加感兴趣。
活动2：搭建语言的支持。在我国，学生在英语方面主要是汉化的英语，要想避免汉语对学生英语写作思维的负面影响，就要求学生在写作文之前，先进行翻译练习，这在一定程度上对培养学生中英文思维的转化能力有很大帮助，而且在课堂中还会对英语写作起到抛砖引玉的作用。
（二）进入情景
笔者如果想创设一个真实的语言环境，他主要是通过视频和思考相结合的原则来进行的。并且他还会提供相关作文的写作框架模式的语言支持，以期待降低学习任务的难度。
活动1：视频输入和思考问题： 这主要是让学生身临其境的来观看身体锻炼的视频，为他们创设一个良好的英语交际环境。
活动2：阅读材料的输入为写作提供结构支持，语言输出是最终目的。
（三）独立探索
通过上述阅读材料提示，就给学生提出了要高度对作文的行文结构和语言的准确性重视起来，不断引导学生在学习中的独立探索，使他们不断领会新的语言结构。通过提问方式来启发学生对该活动话题所涉及的语言要点和交际术语的得体性、准确性和简洁性提起注意。逐步引导学生独立探索、领会新出现的语言结构。笔者在此设置了两个问题，以供学生参阅。
在这方面，笔者可以给学生十分钟独立探索时间，之后让学生进行回答、笔者板书，这样可以帮助学生巩固已有的语言结构，不断加深学生对新语言结构的印象，而且还使学生对新式表达法有了一定的掌握经验。而在面对新出现的语言现象时，笔者首先做的是先让学生独立探索领会，然后再在一旁有机的、适当的进行点拨、讲解。
（四）协作学习
学生可以在个人探讨的基础上分不同小组来完成书面作文。具体思路设计如下：首先要通过构思弄懂所要求的写作题目的体裁方式；其次是写提纲，在写提纲时要理顺思想的逻辑关系，不可瞎编乱套；之后就是打草稿，可以引导学生运用五种基本句型进行尝试，以突出句式的多样化。最后就是校订，多次修改定稿。其中这还要求学生一定要注意字母大小写、标点符号，以及还要对文章进行语法错误的纠正，不断养成良好的写作习惯。

I didn't do well in english in the beginning. i started my english course at the age of 10. maybe you can't imagine, i couldn't say a whole sentence at that time. i couldn't catch up with my classmates because of my bad base. having a bad base may be many students' problem. i was sad about it, but i wasn't afraid of it.
