早上，来到学校，言朝着窗户，伸了一个懒腰，吮吸着外面的新鲜空气，突然心血来潮想出去走走。
“夕，陪我出去走走吧！”对身后的夕说。
“好！”夕爽快地答应了。
“耶！”一阵欢呼。
迎着和风的阵阵吹拂，言轻轻地闭上了眼睛走着……因为有夕牵着，言不会害怕，不知走了多久，言闻到了一股淡淡、幽幽又感觉很熟悉的清香……停住了脚步，睁开双眼，白色一片，幽香四溅——樱花林！
“又来到这里了，呵～”隐隐约约对樱花林有几分迷恋，毕竟在这片白色的世界里发生了太多事。

他眼中闪过一丝落寞，勾起一丝淡定却很诡异的笑，拉起菲的手，从言身边走过。看着他们从言面前离开，看着寒轩对我生气、失望的表情，看着菲亲昵地依偎着轩，而他却不生气，看着菲朝言得意地笑，漂亮的脸蛋洋溢的尽是幸福的喜悦，胜利的曙光，留下言一人在那，心里是阵阵酸楚……终于承认，喜欢寒轩，从一开始就喜欢，就像夕说的，很在乎他，在乎他对自己的感觉，在乎菲的存在……可是，这一切怎么会变成这样？怎么会……
“怎么样？失去自己心爱的人很痛苦吧？”不远处传来一个女声。
“小冉？怎么会是你？”我看着身后的小冉，不由吓了一跳，等到想起她刚才说的话，我猛地惊醒——“是你做的？”言的眼神充满了无助、愤怒。
“是我！一切都是我指使的，是我派人去酒吧‘打扰’你，是我派人引安旭去酒吧找你，也是我派人拍下你这些精彩的照片，怎么样？是一个‘惊喜’吧？”她漠然地笑着，又让言感到她很陌生。
“为什么？”此时的言已经累了，背对着她，闭上眼，一滴晶莹的泪落了下来……
“为什么？因为我也要你尝尝失去自己最喜欢的人是什么滋味！当初，我也有那么难受，失去翼，我的生活一切都变了，你知道那一段时间我流了多少泪吗？知道我的心有多痛吗？现在，我也要让你体验一下那种心如刀割的感觉！”现在的冉变得好可怕。
冉微微睁开眼，抿起嘴角，扬起一个自嘲的笑。“呵，好，现在我体验到了，体验到这种心如刀割的感觉了，你满意了吧？”出乎意料的平静，连言自己都没有想到。可是，能感觉得到，心在痛，阵阵的痛，像在碎化一般……
她不说话，异常平静地看着言，就这样对视着，言看到她的眼睛，找回了一些以往的熟悉，但很快又消失了。“我满意了。”她淡淡地说了一句，眼里有一丝黯然，有一丝忧伤。
冉离开了，言也回到了教室，在门口遇见了夕。言看了他一眼，不敢再看他，他应该看过宣传窗上的照片了吧？言在他的心目中，已经不再是那单纯、可爱、唯一的言了吧？
“你…进去吧。”夕像以前一样对言温柔地微笑，而那笑容却很僵硬，毕竟伤害到他了，不是么？
“恩…”言迷迷糊糊地应着，推门而进，心里又是一阵酸楚，是因为夕吗？
看着班主任站在讲台上，沉着一张脸。在老师心目中的形象也变了吗？曾经学习成绩优异的言另每科老师都很喜欢，而这样一来，都尽是对我的唾弃吧？变了，变了，一切都变了。算了，无所谓。
言转过头，在那一瞬间看到寒轩的脸，他不管什么时候都那么耀眼，也那么孤傲，而他，目光从来没有在言身上。坐在离他不远的菲不时地投给他一个微笑……
这一幕又刺痛了言的双眼，言立刻转过头，只想让这一切成为一个梦，一个永远都不会醒过来、不会成真的梦！
放学后……
“言！”一个声音叫住了言。此时的言站在校门口前。
“夕？”夕站在言的面前，脸色也不太好,“言，你今天怎么了？今天你心情很不好？”他还是很关心言吗？即使言伤害了他。
“我…只是想静一静。”言真的感到累了。
“…照片的事，你别放在心上，……我相信你！”夕一脸坚定地看着言。
“夕，对不起…”言只是觉得对他好愧疚，好愧疚……

从“欠人情”看高端客户的营销
有句话说得好“动什么别动感情，欠什么别欠人情”。近日，笔者端坐家中，安安静静地正在收看电视剧---《动什么别动感情》，既没有劳谁的大驾，也没有让谁破费，却莫名其妙而又实实在在地觉得欠下他人一笔人情。
还是在女儿上小学的时候，有一次去德克士，不经意间让服务生记下了女儿的出生日期。从此以后，五年过去了，而且女儿已上初中，每年在她过生日的前夜，德克士总是打来问候电话，征询是否需要预定生日PARRY，从无遗漏。我清楚地知道，这不过是商家的促销手段，常以“我们已经在别处预订了”为托词婉拒，而服务小姐总是热情不减地说：“哦，没关系，我们祝她生日快乐！”当这个不屈不挠的电话第五次打来时，面对服务小姐遭遇多次推脱而依旧如初的热情，我终于被其执着和诚恳打动，感到有些过意不去了，觉得欠了人家的人情，因而心中惴惴不安起来，结果，赶紧去得克士潇洒了一回。
其实这就是营销的效果！营销的结果是卖出产品，营销的过程却是不断地播撒人情。当你与客户之间情感的铺垫足够厚时，自古受着“受人滴水之恩当以涌泉相报”训诫的多数人就会想方设法来回报你，中国人素有以不欠人情而求得心安的传统，当然，会也为你带来丰厚的回报。
勿需讳言，目前，我们的一些企业业务营销方面，从根本上还没有走出“望天收”的状态，对激烈市场竞争环境下的产品营销还“找不着北”。面对企业业务营销所显现的一些问题，有些企业总是喜欢以竞争激烈、费用紧张、实力不足等等来开脱和自我安慰。而不肯踏踏实实地从收集客户资料，建立客户档案，了解客户需求以至于在特别的日期，给客户打去一个电话，多几声问候，常给客户提供一些经济信息等“小事”上做起，锲而不舍，永不放弃。我们的管理者在产品开发和人力资源配置时，对企业优质客户需求的关注也还远远不够。我们许多的企业优质客户被淹没在众多的大众客户之中，这些企业优质客户虽然对公司贡献多多，但却只能享受无差别的标准化服务，甚至一单业务做后，就很快把人家给遗忘了（当然，人家再有业务时也会把你遗忘）。不知不觉之间，企业不断地“欠下”了优质客户的人情，使他们无奈又无声地离去。
