陈文煊（初三） 我喜欢圣诞老人的故事。虽然我知道现实中并不存在真正的圣诞老人，但是，西方父母装扮成圣诞老人，把礼物放在袜子里送给孩子的举动让我觉得很温馨。
林咏芝（初一） 我喜欢圣诞节，那天我可以收到很多漂亮的圣诞卡，写满同学的祝福语，而且班级会组织一些活动，同学们一起玩，很开心。春节的时候往往都是跟着大人出去走走亲戚，挺无聊的。
肖珊（初二） 小时候就盼望着春节，但是后来发现春节每年都一样，不外乎一家人团聚吃几餐饭，太没意思，去年平安夜我和同学一起去教堂听唱诗班唱诗，感觉还比较新鲜。
李龙焕（初三） 我喜欢圣诞节并不是出于，而是觉得这个节日比较轻松有趣，跟几个朋友出去聚一聚、逛一逛，听听《铃儿响叮当》，感受节日气氛，非常快乐。
谭敏（初二） 过春节总是要和父母长辈在一起，感觉很闷。圣诞节就不一样了，圣诞节是和朋友们一起过，大家没有代沟，在一起无话不谈，吃饭点菜也不用看长辈的脸色，轻松多了。
喜欢春节的N个理由
曹鹏（初二） 春节是中国最重要的节日，热闹，放假时间也最长，一家团聚的时间最多，是其他任何节日都无法取代的。
刘培（初二） 过年的时候，往往都是一个大家庭聚在一起，可以见到所有的亲戚朋友，互相传递祝福。平时外出工作读书的哥哥姐姐也回来了，所有人在一起吃年夜饭，一团和睦。
黄嘉颖（初一） 我很喜欢春节，所有人都轻松地度假。整个屋子装扮一新，一家人吃团圆饭然后一起逛花市，四处很热闹、人人很开心。
江津（初三） 我觉得春节并不是简单的吃吃喝喝、看看春晚，而是有更深层的文化内涵，比方贴春联、挂“福”字、封利市、走亲戚，都体现着大家对新一年的期望。
看来，大家喜欢圣诞节喜欢的并不是“圣诞节的内涵”，采访中，有些中学生甚至不知道“圣诞”指的是耶稣的诞生。大家普遍都是“过别人的节，开自己的心”，被热闹的节日气氛、白胡子飘飘的圣诞老人、神秘的圣诞礼物、轻松的朋友聚会所吸引。而选择传统春节的学生更多看重的是过年全家团聚的那种温馨。两个节日各有各好，但是，圣诞节作为“别人的节日”为什么能与历史悠久的春节“平起平坐”，成为同学的眼中重要的节日？让我们听听老师们的说法――
刘老师（高中英语） 在当今全球化的时代背景下，圣诞节的流行正是“地球村”的特色，是多元文化相互融合与交流的体现。其实不管西方节日还是传统节日，都包含有家人团聚、祝福平安等吉祥的含义，所以，除了我们的传统节日，一年中再多一些洋节日，多一份快乐也是好事。
黄老师（初中语文） 我觉得，不同年龄阶段的人之间不可避免地会存在着代沟，很多初中生对春节兴趣索然，归根到底是因为他们不愿意和长辈在一起。圣诞节在中国是新兴事物，目前难以被年龄较大的人接受，基本属于年轻人的“专利”，可以说为青少年提供了一个难得的“同龄集中”的机会，因此会受到年轻人的青睐。
陈老师（初中化学） 圣诞节还没到，各大商场里已经洋溢着节日气氛，五花八门的小礼品很吸引人的眼球，新鲜、刺激、有趣应该是年轻人爱过这个节日的原因之一。
归根结底，圣诞节受中学生的追捧是由于中西两种节日文化的差异。中国节日的内涵，强调的是亲人之间的团聚，西方节日强调的更多是友人团聚；中国节日强调的是民俗和温馨，西方节日强调的是激情与狂欢。
