快速作文古已有之。曹子建七步成诗，早已是千古佳话；唐代的史青又创了五步写诗的记录。我国著名作家郭沫若写作速度也令人赞叹，大型话剧《屈原》《虎符》都是仅用了二十天便完成，《蔡文姬》只花费了一个星期。外国作家中也不乏其例。巴尔扎克曾在一夜里写成《鲁日里的秘密》。
二、快速作文的构思与审题
快速作文，是帮助学生在规定的时间内加快构思成文速度的一种写作方法。
从信息论的角度看，每篇文章的制作成功，都必须经过信息输入（即作文素材的摄取）、信息加工（即审题立意、谋篇布局的构思过程）和信息输出（即执笔行文或脱口而出）三个过程。
（一）审题是快速作文的第一步
审题不清，必走弯路，甚至偏题、跑题。
1.快速作文抓住重点和中心
要抓住重点和中心，一定要抓住题目的关键词语，也就是所谓的“题眼”。在偏正结构的题目中，限制语或修饰语往往是题眼。如“记忆刻苦学习的同学”“刻苦学习”应是题眼，它要求写一个兢兢业业、不怕吃苦、顽强学习的同学，舍此不合题意。
2.迅速弄清写作的范围
每道题目都有一定的范围，无论扩大或缩小，都会不切题。题目的外延，就是它的范围，审题时一定要弄清文题的外延。比如《童年的趣事》，有时间范围“童年”，只有记忆小时候的趣事，才算切题。总之，应当全面理解题旨范围，防止顾此失彼。
3.把握题目的深层含义
文题的深层含义一般有以下几种：
（1）比喻意义。如《路》既有道路的意思，又可比喻人生之路，成才之路。如果把不准题目的比喻意义，文章就可能走题。（2）象征意义。比如《白杨礼赞》，表面上是说白杨树的顽强不屈、傲然挺立，不怕风霜雨雪；深层含义是歌颂北方农民那种质朴善良勤劳勇敢的精神。（3）引申意义。如《桥》，除了可写现实的石桥、木桥、铁路桥、公路桥及高铁等等外，还应开掘它的引申意义。

总之，应尽快从以上四个方面认真审查题意，弄清实质，才可能进行巧妙的构思，写出主题深刻的文章。
（二）快速作文研究的对象是信息加工的过程
快速作文就是快速审题，快速构思的写作方法。信息的输入，亦即作文素材的摄取、收集和储存，是快速作文赖以实施的基础。每个学生必须大量摄取一定数量的作文素材，才能运用快速作文法构思并写出漂亮的文章来。
三、快速作文要选准“突破口”
进攻敌阵，把敌人防线最薄弱的地方作为突破口，往往会出奇制胜；快速作文构思，如能选准一个“突破口”，也会收到事倍功半的效果。成功的经验告诉我们，这个“突破口”应当放在主题的提炼上。提炼主题这一关突破了，谋篇布局便容易解决，而材料就会被主题“一线串珠”，安排得别致井然。
主题深刻，新颖。要做到这一点，必须锻炼自己对事物的体察能力，在脑子里反复琢磨，从生活中发掘出事物的蕴含，从材料中找出它的本质意义。
四、快速作文方法
（一）“滚雪球联想法”
快速作文构思的关键在哪里？所谓“滚雪球”联想构思法，就是一看到文章题目后，哪怕只是产生一点点感觉，便立即凭这点感觉，借助发散思维，迅速联想开来，随着感觉的膨胀，材料不断丰富，认识逐步加深，就跟“滚雪球”一样，从小到大，文章轮廓也便逐渐形成了。
（二）快速“过电影”法
当我们审题时，大脑就飞快地转起来，并借助于联想和想象，如同过电影似的，把记忆仓库里贮存的有关素材，一件一件迅速地投放在心灵的屏幕上，根据题目的要求进行鉴别筛选。最后根据表现主题的需求，选取写作的最佳角度，对材料进行剪裁布局。――这就是“过电影”快速构思法的全过程。如，一道《猫的故事》的作文题。小作者“过电影”后清理出来的材料有：
1.我原本不喜欢猫；2.香港姨妈送我一只雪白的小猫；3.小猫活泼可爱，又会捉老鼠，我常逗它玩，逐渐喜欢它了；4.舅妈家里老鼠多，为了让猫立新功，我主动把猫送给舅妈；5.我又买了一只黄猫；6.不久舅妈搬了新家，我去看白猫，才知道为了换新居，把猫送给了房管所长的夫人了；7.所长夫人用巧克力、牛奶喂猫，猫终因肥胖而死，我为白猫伤心；8.接着黄猫也失踪了；9.从此，我再也不养猫了。

作文是学生认识水平和语言文学表达能力的体现。小学生的作文就是练习把自己看到的、听到的、想到的内容或亲身经历的事情用恰当的语言文字表达出来。那么，怎样才能抓好小学作文教学，教师应注意以下几个方面。
1 注意观察训练
多观察，善于观察对提高作文水平有特别重要的意义。小学生写作文不具体，原因很多，最重要是“言之无物”，而“言之无物”又主要是“无物可言”。要解决“物”的问题，解决描写的对象，解决素材的问题，当务之急是培养学生的观察能力。小学生观察过程中，认识水平有限，必须靠老师去引导，帮助学生总结观察的方法，让学生养成良好的观察习惯。

3 尊重学生，引导平时学习中积极地积累素材，以便培养他们的写作个性
众所周知，尊重学生是培养学生写作自主性的前提，学生写作自主性的培养又是教师尊重学生的体现。学生是作文的主体，作文训练是一种相对独立自主化的活动，学生是写自己的所见、所闻、所思、所感，这是任何人无法替代的。因此，学生作文具有很大的自性。我们结合课本教材的编辑，结合第一单元（初中语文第一册）进行了一次作文训练——以家庭生活为题材。在这次训练中，要求学生写真人真事，题目自拟，至于体裁，选材等一律由学生自己决定，想写什么就写什么，想怎样写就怎样写，收到了意想不到的效果。有的同学查阅范文，汲取构思精髓，回顾家人性格特征，收集家庭琐事，挖掘记忆库中的瑰宝。大部分学生的作文取得了成功，同时反映出了家庭生活中的正负面，能引起人们的思考，当老师简评首肯，学生的成就感不言而喻。中学生写作的主动性受其活动范围及形式的限制，虽较小学生有所扩展，仍有一定的局限性。解决这一问题的关键在于为学生提供亲自参与活动，感受生活的机会，获取真实生动的材料。“生活是写作的唯一源泉”。有位同学以前对写作文兴趣不大，认为无话可说。前不久学校举行少儿书画展，他们参观时站在一幅“人物素描”前，神情专注的观察，回家后在日记本上写道：这个素描，比例设置合理，主体感较强，主要原因在于墨水的浓度适度。面部表情庄重，一看就知道是个深沉而善于思考型的人物。细致入微的观察，恰如其分的思考，就是学生作文成功的基石。
