一、指导思想：

二、学生学情分析：
本年我接的五年级四个班都是我教过的班级，基础较好，根据孩子们上学期的期末考试成绩分析，本学期我计划继续加强学生的听说读的能力，让孩子们在快乐中学习，掌握英语知识。本校五年级的学生已学过两年的英语，学生已有一定的基础，良好的听、说、读、写英语的习惯已基本养成。但由于教材内容较以前增加，难度加大，因此学生的学习兴趣较以前难以保持，容易出现两极分。因此，本学期应注重转化后进生，因材施教，分层教学，兼顾各梯度的学生，保持学生的学习兴趣。虽然五年级学生已经升入高年级，但是他们依然保持着儿童的特性。他们活泼好动，对新事物有着强烈的好奇心，探索知识的欲望很强烈，并且有着很强的表现欲。所以老师还是应一如既往地采用新颖活泼有趣的教学形式进行教学，保持并提高学生学习英语的兴趣。
三、教材分析：
本教材难易度合理，过渡平和，不过过去式是孩子们难以掌握的一个难点，也是本学期的重点。我主要采用的是全身反应教学法，让学生在不同的学习活动中感知并运用英语，使得学生在做中学，在唱中学，在玩中学。本册教材内容在前面两年的基础上，继续选择紧密联系学生的生活和学习实际，选择了切合学生需求的话题，十个单元涉及的英语话题及编排的一些与学生日常生活密切相关，与教学内容和教学进度同步的西方文化知识，教材的教学形式丰富多样，其中包括对话、歌谣、歌曲、任务等，使学生能够在丰富多彩、生动有趣的课堂氛围中学习语言运用语言。在学生能力培养方面，课程设置的活动循序渐进培养了学生自主学习和对立运用语言的能力。由此也发掘了学生积极求知、努力进取的潜能。
四、教学目标：
1、激发学生学习英语的兴趣
2、能听懂、会说文中会话，并能进行简单的交流
3、能听、说、认读、单词并进行简单地运用。
4、培养两人对话以及小组对话合作的能力

六、教学措施：

七、培优辅差措施：
（一）培优措施
学优生的智力较好，更重要的是学习习惯好，学习积极主动。因此在教学过程中，对这部分学生在提出与其他学生相同的基本性要求的基础上，适当提高要求，增加难度。具体措施如下：
1、学生"优差"搭配，合作达标。在对子活动和小组活动中，将优生和差生作适当搭配，以利于练习活动的顺利开展，同时也能充分发挥优生对差生的辅导作用，弥补大班授课的不足。
2、鼓励优生订阅英语报刊杂志，吸收更多的课外英语知识和西方文化常识，拓展自己的知识面。
3、鼓励优生参加各种英语竞赛活动，提高其英语的运用能力。
（二）辅差措施
通常而言后进生的思维缓慢，理解、应用等能力较差，上课好动、注意力不易集中、不求甚解，解决困难问题意志薄弱，他们并不是“朽木不可雕”的差生。他们的差主要是行为、习惯、态度等方面的缺陷。根据后进生的形成原因我制定了如下措施：
1、主动发掘他们身上的优点，并加以发扬，尽量少批评，多表扬、鼓励和帮助，让他们感受到上课时教师非常重视和理解他们。
2、在教学时由浅到深、由易及难，逐步深入，并注意方法及评价，不伤害后进生。设计适合他们梯度的知识和问题，让后进生能在学习中有成功的体验，从而激发学生学习的积极性和主动性，增强学习的自信心。
3、在课余时间进行有针对性的辅导，并与家长积极进行沟通，取得家长的配合。在课堂上，给与他们更多的关注，争取在本学期取得进步
