2014年北京高考语文调整,作文题将“一分为二”,新增加了“微写作”。原来的一个作文变为一大一小两个作文,总分值不变,仍为60分。其中微写作分值为10分,要求字数在150字到200字之间,主要考查学生应用精练的语言描述场景、事物,表达观点,抒感的能力。

可见,写“微作文”是现代社会的需要,我们语文教师必须从小培养学生的这种能力,以便学生能更好地适应社会。

然而,如今的小学教师大多对学生要求比较严格,虽然课标上对学生的作文字数没有明确的要求,但教师为了让学生考出好成绩,大多对作文字数有硬性的规定,譬如三年级至少三百字,四年级至少四百字,五年级至少五百字,六年级至少六百字等。此外,对于如何开头结尾,如何布局谋篇,如何遣词造句等,教师也有各种各样的要求和针对性训练,决心让学生在小学阶段就写出像样的作文。虽然教师一片苦心,但往往吃力不讨好,大部分小学生对作文仍是望而生畏,写作文时套用一些大话、空话、假话来凑字数。

其实,小学语文教师不妨“降低”要求,不强制学生写“完整”的作文,而要求学生多写一些“微作文”,如让学生抓住一个点写一个片段,可以是一段对话、一段心理、一处景色、一个发现、一条短信、一个场面等,这样学生乐于写,教师也便于指导。以往从教师布置题目,学生写作到老师批改讲评,至少需要一个星期的时间,耗时长,实效差。而写“微作文”往往只需要一个课时,集指导、作文、批改于一体,读写视听相结合,针对性更强,且周期短、见效快。学生小学阶段把“微作文”练扎实了,以后写好完整的作文也就不难了。现在学生的作文看起来很完整,但大多内容空洞,“微作文”训练,其实是一种有针对性的作文训练,是一种打基础的作文训练。

我们语文教师除了要求学生平时写好微日记外,还应该设计一些和现实生活紧密联系的“微作文”题目对学生进行训练。如“学校为学生设计了一款校服,男式帅气,女式俏丽,学生们都很喜欢。但有家长提出,这样的校服穿上后容易使学生分心,甚至会助长男女同学之间的爱慕之心。校方对此很为难。请你给校长写一段话,陈述自己的看法,帮助校方解决家长提出的问题。要求:观点明确,表达得当,200字左右。”

微作文并不是对作文要求的一种降低,从某种角度看,其实反而是一种提升。微作文写作要求学生用精练的语言表明自己的观点,抒发自己的感情,这就要求我们教师指导学生抓重点,重细节。教师应对学生的微作文进行对比讲评,看看哪些学生的微作文用有限的字数把意思说清楚了,哪些学生还没有说清楚等。经常进行这样的训练,学生的微写作能力定会提高。

Mandela was born in a little village. His father passed away at his age of 9. Mandela frequently witnessed that the local chief was bound by the white race government through the process of dealing with tribal conflicts. He gradually sprouted an ideal for going after justice and equality. As time went by, he led his classmates to object the race discrimination in school. He was even removed from school for leading student movement. From once to once‘struggles’,Mandela gradually made determination that he would seek indeed equality just for every Black people of South Africa! For that reason, some famous person once put:“Mandela has been a symbol of the times.”

二、The Little Mermaid

Long long ago, there was a young mermaid Princess. While she was swimming on the surface of the sea, all of a sudden, the weather turned terrible, and the sky was dark and a great storm was coming.

At this moment, mermaid Princess saw a ship being rocked in the waves. What she watched was that a young man was thrown overboard into the water. She swam over and saved the young man, and then she left quickly.

It all happened so quickly that the young man didn’t to ask her name. Actually he was a prince, and he never got a chance to say thank you to the mermaid. In the following year, the young mermaid became very sad because she had fallen in love with the eminently talented young man.

As a consequence, she went to the sea witch to ask for help that she was desperate to become a human being. The sea witch was an evil person, “I can help you,” she said with a terrifying look. “However, I will take your beautiful voice as payment, but if the man marries someone else, you will die and turn into foam.”

At first, the little mermaid was confused. Nevertheless, she was so happy at the thought of becoming human that she gave the sea witch her fair-sounding voice.

After the young mermaid became a human, she went to the land to search the young man. She found out that the young man was actually a prince. But she couldn’t tell him who she was because she had lost her voice. Soon the Prince announced that he was going to marry another Princess, the little mermaid’s heart almost broke.

Her sisters told her to kill the prince in order to save herself. But she couldn’t do that because she loved the Prince too much. So, the little sad mermaid jumped into the sea to kill herself.

What made others surprised was that she didn’t turn into foam. Instead, she became an angel. She was eventually able to be happy and freedom.

三、Jumpping river’s rabbits

Rabbits are famous for their timid because they feel frightened when facing everything.

Once upon a day, many rabbits gather together with the intention that they should do something to go over their timid and incapability. They sign mournfully the life is full of dangerous and frightening things.

While chatting, they become more and more unlucky as if much misfortune all happen to them. They complain that they are born with misfortune and that they don’t have physical strength and wings and they don’t have fierce teeth. As a consequence, they draw a conclusion that they live in the frightened life. They feel there is no meaning in the life.

Then, they decide to jump from cliff to finish their life and vexed. So they run to the cliff, at this moment, some frog are surrounded with the river. When they hear the sound of hurried steps, they jump into the deep water to survive immediately.

They all can see clearly at the every turn near the river. A rabbit figure out suddenly , he shout:“ Stop! Stop! We don’t have to feel frightened about everything, because there are not more timid animals than us in the world.

After the words, the moods of rabbits are very fantastic, as if they are the bravest in the world. Then they go home happily.

目前技校学生语文基础之差,应用写作能力之低,实在令人担忧,很多学生连最基本的借条、请假条都写不好。应用写作能力是学生综合素质的体现,是未来工作岗位的基本要求,然而和社会、人才市场需求形成强烈反差,技校学生应用写作能力培养的现状却令人很不满意。下面就教师在应用文教学中存在的主要问题,以及如何指导学生写好应用文作简要的阐述。

1 技校学生的写作教学存在的主要问题,主要表现在三个方面

1.1 学生方面

技校学生因自身原因,语文水平较低,写作能力差。在写作应用文时,经常出现常识错误,如标点符号使用不规范、错别字,病句、语言不通顺、逻辑混乱等,甚至有时基本的事实描述不清,不遵循基本的写作规则。学生普遍学习能力薄弱,思维能力没有得到有效的训练,受诸多因素影响,他们的写作思路也较为狭窄,缺乏对素材的提炼和再加工能力。另外,技校学生主要以学习技术为主,对基础课程普遍不重视,认为《应用文写作》和技术无关,提不起学习的兴致。

1.2 教师方面

教师知识结构不完善,因长期在教学一线工作,并没有或者较少在其它企事业单位实践的经历,对于应用文写作的教学更多停留在理论层面。有些实际应用的细节问题自己没弄清楚,也很难教得深入浅出。如果讲应用文的结构,很多文种都差不多,几句话就讲完了。如果讲写法,因为自身缺乏体会,也只能是纸上谈兵,效果不好。

1.3 教材方面

现使用的教材缺乏针对性。由于学生专业不同,未来进入的行业不同,对学习文章的类型要求也应有所不同,因此应用文写作的教材应体现专业或行业的特色。对于不同技校应用写作类教材的编写应以“职业能力为本位”,培养高级技能型应用型人才。

2 如何提高学生的应用文写作能力

调动学生的写作积极性,使学生端正态度,从被动学习转入主动学习。在中小学阶段,很多学生对写作有误解,认为写作是为了语文考试获得高分,而更多的技校学生从没有思考过这个问题。事实上,应用文作为用于一切实务的一种文体,在生活、学习、工作中都是不可缺少的。教师指导学生要有明确的写作目的,应用文写作教学不仅仅是传授知识,更是培养专业人才的需要,它能满足每个学生开发职业生涯中可持续性发展的各种能力的需要。

应用文写作的教学要有前瞻性,考虑学生终身发展的需要。教师不仅要求学生加强对应用写作知识的学习,还要指导学生建构专业、技能、素质和人文知识有机统一的知识体系,促进学生喜爱、重视应用文写作,培养学生的写作能力。

围绕职业岗位能力需求,选择“通用性、专业性”教学内容。应用文写作课程要以具体项目写作实践为导向,通过模拟工作过程建构学生所需的知识、能力和素质,将通用性知识、专业性知识与职业技能有机结合起来。通用性知识主要是职业生活通用写作能力的培养,如掌握日常生活条据、专用书信、毕业论文、求职简历、合同文书等。专业性教学主要是职业岗位专项写作能力的培养,即按各专业人才走向工作岗位后必须掌握哪些相关的应用文,进行分类教学,因材施教。如市场营销专业的学生突出活动方案、市场调查、合同文书等文种教学。

运用“案例——互动”教学法。学生在学习应用文写作过程中,往往是“一看就懂、一学就会、一听就烦、一写就错”,采用“案例——互动”教学法,就是教师精选案例,指导学生对案例的阅读、思考、写作、分析、讨论和交流等活动,加深他们对写作基本原理和概念的理解,提高学生应用文的写作能力。

案例分析是学习应用文写作的一种主要方式。首先教师要收集有针对性、典型性的范文案例,形成应用文写作模板。然后通过案例分析进“文种味”判断训练,让学生“对号入座”选准文种,在充分理解掌握案例后,学生能按照写作模板一步到位规范撰文。最后教师将案例的启示推广到一般事务中,引导学生从特殊走向一般,将文种能解决的问题及写作要求提炼总结出来。每讲完一个案例,教师可以把学生的讨论及时整理出来,把具有代表性的观点(包括错误的观点)归纳到一起与案例分析过程存入资料册。使以后的案例教学更加完善。

加强日常写作练习。练习要练得有模有样,而不是简单的留作业。要有明确的目的,周密的计划,练习还要有例文,给学生提供写作模式和技法都比较典型和规范的文章,以便于模仿,参照。对学生完成的练习及时进行讲评,评要评得有理有法,主要从两个方面进行评价:一是技术的评价,对写作模式的规范,写作程序的合理、写作规则的遵从、写作技法的运用等进行总体评价;二是对构成应用文要素的评价,即应用文的主旨、材料、结构和语言的评价。

实施网络环境下的高职应用写作职业技能培养。有条件的学校可以通过网络进行讲授和精心设计、组织电子应用文办公网络课程教学活动,搭建网络化实时在线写作课堂练习,课外综合写作实训与考试等平台。让学生能亲自经历结构完整的电子应用文拟稿、核稿等撰拟发文过程,以培养学生的解决问题的能力、逻辑思维能力。

3 针对学生的具体情况,设置分级目标

对技校学生可以采用分层教学法,为各种不同水平的学生制定不同的目标,为各专业的学生制定与专业学习相关的目标。主要分为三个层次。

首先,完成较低目标,把文章完整地写出。对于技校学校,这是应用文写作应达到的最低水平。其评判标准是:由标题、若干段落或若干部分构成篇章,并且符合一定的字数规范,事项基本清楚。

其次,完成较高目标,把文章写对。这是技校学生可以达到的较高要求。应用文写作应符合体式规范、格式规范和语体规范、符合政策法规、实际情况和专业要求。

最后,力争完成最高目标,把文章写到位。这是技校学校较难达到的最高要求。要求应用文写作核心突出、内部关系协调、政策法规与现实情况对接程度高,内容无遗漏,语言规范流畅。

从以上的分析可以看出,应用写作综合性强,关涉到众多方面的知识与能力。因此,提高技校学生应用写作能力是一个系统工程,需要一个长期训练的过程。但只要教师对此有明确的认识,充分调动学生的积极性,因材施教,一定会取得较好的效果。
