Abstract Task-driven teaching mode and the traditional teaching model， projects teaching model have both differences but also contact. Through questionnaires， task-driven teaching mode is more suitable for the job "practical writing" teaching practice. 《中等职业学校语文教学大纲》（2009）共提出了17项应用文种，与职业工作有关的专业应用文种有11项，在“基础模块”、“职业模块”、“拓展模块”3个模块均强调了对学生职业能力的培养，如何发展学生的言语能力， 由外显层面的听说读写能力提升为思维、情感、心智的内显层面，而不是单纯的某一项写作技能，已成为中职院校《应用文写作》教学中面临的重要课题。
1 任务驱动教学模式与传统教学模式、项目教学模式的比较
任务驱动教学模式、传统教学模式和项目教学模式既有差异又有联系。鉴于中职学校情况存在一定的普遍性，有必要对应用文写作教学现状进行调查研究。本研究以江西工程学校在校生为对象进行问卷调查，共发放问卷300份，回收问卷296份，其中有效问卷290份。问卷结合了MSLQ（Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire）、CLCEI两个信效度都获得验证的现有量表的部分因素以及本课题组所开发的与应用文写作的科技应用相关的题目。
“满堂灌”的传统教学模式不能做到及时预习—听讲—练习—复习，学生认为这种方式的教学解决不了实际问题。项目教学模式要求信息的收集、方案的设计、项目的实施及最终评价都由学生独立完成，学生能够自己处理项目中出现的问题，项目结束后应有可视的产品，大部分学生都认为靠自己独立完成项目计划是不可能的。学生对师生互动的任务驱动教学模式全部持欢迎态度，能运用应用文写作解决相关实际问题，希望教师设计学习任务，在遇到问题时有教师在身边指导。特别是校园模拟招聘会、征文比赛、演讲比赛等任务设计，学生的参与度非常高。
2 任务驱动教学模式的运用
在课程资源方面，任务驱动教学模式一改传统教学模式按单元授课的课程安排形式，代之以按任务需要灵活选择教材内容。在教学方面，它打破了以“文体概念—文体种类—写作格式—参考例文—思考与训练”的传统教法，代之以“任务情境—工作总任务—具体任务—活动流程—任务评价”的任务驱动教学模块，以工作任务为中心引领知识、技能和态度。在教师方面，教师的课堂角色发生变化，从单纯注重知识传授转化为“以教师为主导，学生为主体”，在引导学生完成富有创造性的工作任务过程中，培养教师因材施教的教学设计能力和灵活运用有效教学方法的能力。 以“校园模拟招聘会”这一工作情境与任务为例：
2.1 创设任务情境
为了锻炼同学们的专业技能和实操能力，切身感受招聘求职环境，对未来的职业生涯有一个长远的规划和针对性的准备，了解社会和企业的用工需求，正确面对严峻的就业形势和人才竞争压力，掌握面试技巧，了解自身特点，提高社会竞争力，江西工程学校特举办“校园模拟招聘会”。本次活动的模拟公司为泰康电子有限公司、鸿准精密模具有限公司、平安保险（集团）股份有限公司三家企业。请同学们提前准备相关材料，进行会场布置，完成三家企业的招聘求职工作。
2.2 工作任务及要求
（1）撰写招聘广告文案。同学须分别为泰康电子有限公司、鸿准精密模具有限公司、平安保险（集团）股份有限公司三家企业撰写招聘广告文案，拟定广告文案标题，正文包括公司简介、招聘简章、福利待遇等。要求实事求是，主题鲜明，新颖、高雅。
（2）设计并撰写海报。在校园模拟招聘会现场，三家企业须分别展示各自的招聘海报。要求内容必须真实，可适当地用一些鼓动性的词语，但不可夸大其词；文字力求简洁明了，行文直截了当；可根据内容的需要，配以画面背景，但必须与海报的内容相一致，色彩和构图要协调，给人以美感，同时要有一定的视觉冲击力。
（3）撰写求职材料（包括求职信和个人简历）。求职信应侧重针对公司设置的具体职位陈述自己与之相适应的专业技能及个人品质等。请同学们根据自己的能力及兴趣拟写求职信，并注意知己知彼，有的放矢；充满自信，态度诚恳；文面要求书写清晰工整，不要出现错别字。简历应侧重陈述事实，将自己的个人背景、工作经验和主要专长等罗列其中，方便用人单位对自己有一个比较全面客观的了解。简历注意要简约，有的放矢；不宜翻版求职信，要用成果说话；要有个性。
2.3 明确具体任务，做学一体
（1）分组，包括招聘组和求职组。组内成员分别扮演泰康电子有限公司、鸿准精密模具有限公司、平安保险（集团）股份有限公司三家企业招聘人员及求职者，讨论模拟招聘会会前、会中、会后各相关工作。
（2）进行会场布置。包括桌椅摆放、矿泉水、横幅、桌牌、公司简介、岗位设置、招聘人员数量、求职申请表及公司面试需要提到的问题等。
（3）每个同学分别完成工作任务中规定的招聘广告文案、海报、求职材料。
（4）面试。要求掌握面试技巧。招聘者要开动脑筋，多提问题，尽可能全面地了解应聘者。应聘者需递交求职材料，同时进行自我陈述。
2.4 根据“任务完成评价表”，充分调动学生积极性
根据“任务完成评价表”，学生分别完成自我评价、组内评价、组间评价，教师就学生在完成任务过程中的表现进行总结性点评。将个人评价和集体评价相结合，过程评价与结果评价相结合，同时加强教师的组织、引导、帮助、监督，强化评价的激励、监督功能。
3 如何优化应用文写作任务驱动教学模式
在具体实施过程中，任务驱动教学模式存在一定的缺陷，如工作任务应接近学生“最近发展区”；任务课时跨度大，任务实施难度系数较大；学生个体存在显著差异，一些性格内向、基础较差、自信心不足的小组成员可能出现滥竽充数的现象，很大程度上削弱了教学效果；“以教师为主导”对教师能力提出了更高要求。应将应用文写作教学与第二课堂相结合，同专业相结合，贴近生活、走向社会。
3.1 应用文写作与第二课堂相结合
第二课堂是指在第一课堂外的时间进行的与第一课堂教学相关联的活动。它源于教材又不限于教材，形式活泼多样，可在教室、操场、校外进行，以文体活动为主，文体活动让学生树立信心，害羞内向的学生可以在文体活动中吸收正能量。第二课堂激发了学生各方面的潜能，培养了学生良好的习惯，对发展学生个性、促进学生成才和教师的成长都起着积极的推动作用，所以它不是简单的单向活动，而是双向受益。
校园模拟招聘会不仅使每个学生将广告设计、广告文案、海报、求职材料等知识系统化，而且在职业场景中锻炼了口语表达能力和临场应变能力，通过行动学习和体会处理实际问题。如江西工程学校举办了3次应用文写作培训班。内容涉及学生学习、生活及今后就业，同时设立奖项，极大地激发了学生学习的热情。学生不仅扩展了知识面，而且提升了个人的综合素质。
3.2 应用文写作 同专业相结合
针对广告专业学生，应用文写作整个教学过程都紧扣专业，体现专业特色。求职材料属于教材第二单元“个人文书”，海报和广告词属于第六单元“信息文书”。“校园模拟招聘会”的工作任务打破了课本设置的原有顺序，整合了广告文案、海报及求职材料三个模块。教学不再拘泥于原来的纸上谈兵、闭门造车，而是走向社会。如不单纯让学生撰写广告词、求职材料、海报等文体，而是在筹备模拟招聘会过程中让学生亲自动手进行会场布置，这就需要学生自己同学生科、团委、广告公司、税务局、超市等学校组织和社会组织沟通衔接，锻炼了学生组织协调能力、团结协作精神。在招聘会进行过程中，招聘方为寻求合格的员工需要针对不同条件的应聘者询问相关问题，应聘方为成功求职需要充分准备，发挥口才，将思维、情感全面调动起来，单调的应用文写作课变成了个人展示才华的擂台。学生在逼真的模拟情景中找到专业契合点，学生有丰富的社会实际作为支撑，“要我写”变成“我要写”，教师引导学生在实施任务的过程中深入生活、洞察社会，用心感悟，获取情感体验，真正体现了基础课程为专业服务的宗旨。
