近年来随着全自动生化分析仪的使用，改变了传统的生化检验模式，使生化检验的数据更加可靠准确，但是在临床的具体实验中还存在采集的血液和标本不能及时检验的情况，因此血液标本的存放温度和存放时间就对检验结果产生了重要影响[1]。本文就保存温度和时间对血脂四项检验结果的影响进行观察，以寻找血液标本最合适的存放温度和存放时间。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取笔者所在医院50名健康体检者，其中男25名，女25名，年龄13～68岁，平均34.2岁。
1.2 方法
仪器选用日本日立公司生产的7600型全自动生化分析仪，试剂选用北京首医生产的试剂和质控血清及校准品。清晨空腹采集50名受试者静脉血5 ml，用离心机以3500 r/min离心15 min分离血清待检，质控血清及校准品严格按照说明书的要求操作，分别对血清胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）等血脂4项进行检验，其中TC和TG采用酶法，LDL-C和HDL-C采用直接法。标本分离后，每份血清各装置在3管内，将3管分别放置于室温（22 ℃）、4 ℃和-20 ℃的温度中保存，检测的时间分别为，22 ℃：即刻、2 h、4 h、6 h；4 ℃：2 h、4 h、6 h；-20 ℃：7 d。
1.3 统计学处理
采用SPSS 16.0统计软件分析数据，计量数据以均数±标准差（x±s）表示，进行t检验，P

TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C在22 ℃和4 ℃之内任何时段的结果与即刻所测结果比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；除LDL-C之外，其余血脂三项指标在-20 ℃保存7 d的测定结果与即刻的结果比较，差异有统计学意义（P
3 讨论
在临床检验中，标本能否及时地进行检验会对研究结果产生重要的影响，但是在实际工作中，由于各种各样的原因使标本无法进行及时的检验，因此探讨标本在何种条件下保存才能尽可能小地对检测结果产生影响，是十分必要的[2]。
在本组的结果中，TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C的22 ℃和4 ℃之内任何时段的结果与即刻所测结果比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），说明无论选择常温保存或4 ℃保存，在6 h内对血液标本的血脂四项进行检测，结果均比较稳定。同时血脂四项中除LDL-C之外，其余三项指标在-20 ℃的测定结果与即刻的结果比较，差异均有统计学意义（P
临床检测结果对患者的意义重大，而标本的保存温度和保存时间等人为因素又是可控的，同时技术性要求不高，因此临床工作人员在实际的工作中应尽可能地减少人为因素对血液标本检测结果的影响，并根据待检测指标对时间和温度的敏感性选择合适的保持方法，提高检测结果的准确性。
