i learnt a lot from my daddy. i learnt to never take things to seriously and to always smile.
like many other fathers, my dad and i also has generation gap. he is not good at or even can’t work the computer. so when i sitting at the computer desk,he will say something like ‘you should pay more attention to your study’, ‘don’t waste time on the computer games’ , ‘it will be bad for your eyes’ and so on. how can i- a computer fan – reduce time on computer? so i continue studying and playing on it

中职英语听说教学措施对于英语的学习，已不再只是单纯的记单词、写句子和应付考试。如何在日常生活中灵活的运用英语成为了英语教学需要解决的问题。语言的功能是交流与沟通，英语当然不例外。因此，从本质上讲，中职英语教学就一定要注重加强听说教学。本文在分析当前中职英语课堂教学存在问题基础上提出了加强听说教学的策略。
一、中职英语课堂中存在的问题
有些学生的英语成绩非常的优秀，可是却没有办法张口说英语。英语是一门语言，不仅用于书写，更多的是用于交流和沟通。我们过去的英语教学重视学生单词的记忆和语法知识的掌握，并没有重视学生听说能力的培养。这种认识上的误区也导致很多学生的英语是所谓的“哑巴英语”，只能阅读，无法听说。所以，要想提高学生综合的英语水平，必须重视英语课堂中的听说教学。
二、加强中职英语听说教学的策略
1.创设情境，活跃课堂
传统的英语课堂由于理念落后、认知不足等原因，课堂教学效果低下，教师讲得很辛苦，学生学得很痛苦，彼此都投入了时间和精力，但都很难实现预期的目标。所以，这种现状必须要纠正，英语课堂应该让学生成为真正的主人，围绕学生去设计思路，努力激发他们的兴趣。因此，创设情境活跃课堂非常的重要。英语教师应该抓住中职学生的心理和身心发展的特点，许多学生都非常想拥有一口流利的英语，但是非常害羞，害怕和别人交谈，害怕出错。所以，在中职英语课堂的教学过程中英语教师应该积极创设情境，让学生融入课堂当中，将课堂学习的内容与生活结合起来，让学生运用所学的词汇、句型进行情境模拟表演。让学生自己设计情境，在轻松愉快的气氛下运用英语进行对话和叙述，提高学生的口语能力。
2.创建英语语言环境
学习语言环境很重要，一个好的英语语言环境对英语学习益处多多，因此教师在课堂上应该为学生创造出一个民主、和谐的英语语言环境，这样他们就能融入课堂，产生兴趣。所以，想让学生喜欢英语这门课，任课教师要善于和学生进行沟通和交流，拉近师生之间的距离。
英语教师应做到表率作用，和学生的交流均运用英语。学生一时可能无法接受，但是只要英语老师坚持创建一个有声的英语环境，就能够鼓励学生开口说英语，让学生抛掉包袱，用英语和同学进行交流。教师应尽量给学生创造运用英语交流的机会。比如，遇到外国的节日，教师可以和学生一起按照节日的习俗度过。学生不仅能了解外国节日的具体内容，并且能培养英语口语能力。教师在英语课堂上，尽量给学生讲一些英语的小故事，让学生听英语歌曲并且学唱，让学生光看引文电影，并且从中找出自己最喜欢的片段用英语进行演绎。
教师可以请外国朋友走进英语课堂，和同学进行交流，让学生与外国人有面对面的机会，提高学生对英语的学习兴趣。
3.听说结合
英语的听说是密不可分的。很多英语教师喜欢在英语课堂上让学生学习英文歌曲和看英文电影，但是未达到预先的听说效果。久而久之，一些教师就放弃了让学生通过学习英文歌曲和观看英文电影来学习英语。究其原因，先是在教材的选择上，教师不能根据自己的喜好选择教材，而是应该根据学生的实际情况进行选择。中职生的英语水平不高，在选择教材上，应该选择语速较慢，表达清楚且背景音乐噪音较小，选择符合学生年龄阶段的电影。让学生坚持听，如果听不懂，就反复的听，一直听到能够听懂为止。
学生通过反复的听，对电影的台词已有一定的记忆，此时应该让学生把台词背诵下来，并且根据台词的内容，让学生在课后进行短剧的编排，不仅能够增加学生的英语词汇，而且能提高学生的听说能力。
4.强化英语演讲训练
英语教师可以根据中职生的实际情况，让每一个学生都有机会在课堂上进行英语演讲。可以运用每节课的开头十分钟，让学生上台进行英语演讲。上台演讲的学生的演讲稿必须要自己独立完成，由英语教师进行审核修改过后，把演讲稿背下来，在讲台上进行脱稿演讲。这对学生的要求非常得高，不仅考察学生的英语写作能力，而且考察学生的口语能力。
例如，在课前，学生可以根据自己的喜好确定演讲的内容，然后先用汉语把演讲的大意写下来，再进行逐句的翻译。在这个过程中，学生对于一些生字词，可以通过查字典等方式进行填补。完成演讲稿的写作，把演讲稿给任课的英语老师进行审核和修改。学生把修改好的演讲稿和未修改的演讲稿进行对比，可以发现自己的不足，避免类似的错误再次发生。背诵演讲稿是一个非常重要的过程。由于演讲稿是学生自己写的，对于演讲稿的思路和大致脉络比较清楚，所以有利于整体的背诵。最后的演讲过程，是学生对演讲稿的升华。
强化学生英语演讲训练，不仅能够提高学生的自主学习能力，还能提高学生的口语能力，在反复的背诵过程中积累词汇和掌握句型，形成良好的英语语感。
当然，教师应该设立相应的奖励机制，鼓励学生进行英语演讲的训练。让学生从害怕演讲到喜欢用英语演讲，让学生用英语来表达自己的观点，让学生冲破英语听说的障碍，更好的学习英语。
中职生没有升学压力，但是有就业压力。中职生毕业以后，面对的是社会，所以，把英语当成一种技能来学习非常有必要。作为中职英语教师，应该在教学中加强听说教学，让学生敢说乐说。

一、导言
以雄辩为核心的演讲术是人类社会文明与智慧的结晶，其作用和威力是不可估量的。在风云多变的国际政治与外交领域，英语演讲经常被当作维护本民族利益或缓解国际冲突的有力武器。而且随着国际空间的日益缩小，随着北京奥运会的悄然临近，英语演讲在中国正逐渐成为一种时尚。
演讲在美国的很多大专院校都是必修课，这说明演讲在美国高等教育中占有很重要的位置，同时也说明，演讲是需要经过系统的训练才能掌握的一种本领。然而在中国，英语课堂传统的教学法里老师只重视语言知识的传授，也强调听说，但是明显层次不够，没有独立性和现场性，不利于语言交际性的充分发挥。这种教学很容易使课堂气氛沉闷，扼杀了学生的学习兴趣。所以把英语演讲引人英语教学当中对于学生兴趣的发展，语言能力的提高，跨文化意识的建立，及个人综合能力的提高都有很强的积极作用。
二、开设英语演讲课程的必要性及可行性
语言教学不可能脱离言语活动，教师在教学设计中就要统筹安排，确保学生有大量的语言实践、语言运用的机会。曾有作者对其大学不同系部的学生进行问卷调查后发现:学了6-10年英语，自以为已掌握了8000-16000词汇的非英语专业学生，居然有90.7%的人没有在公开场合用英语大声说过3分钟以上的话;62%的学生认为，口语不好主要原因是不知如何恰当地表达与词汇量太小;只有5.2%的人十分肯定地回答，能流利地用英语回答老师的特殊疑问句。为了改变这种“哑巴英语”的状况，其后此作者对非英语专业辅修外语的学生进行了为期30课时的英语演讲课教学实践。经过30小时训练后，作者对接受了训练的学生(39人，2个班)进行跟踪问卷调查，结果显示:91.4%的人认为此种口语训练法内容新颖丰富;80%的人认为口语有较大的提高;85.7%的人认为在此课程教学中最大的收获是胆量增大了，说好英语的自信心增强了;88.6%的人认为此课程的开设对他们未来的学习与工作有深刻的影响;97%的学生希望此课程能延期为1年。实践证明:在课堂教学中，对学生进行英语演讲训练是提高学生听、说、写作能力与用英语进行逻辑思维的能力的行之有效的方法。
三、演讲课的设置
1.教学形式
演讲活动的方式可分为三类，即命题演讲、即兴演讲和论辩演讲。所谓命题演讲(preparedspeech),就是由别人拟定题目或演讲范围，并经过准备后所做的演讲。即兴演讲(unpreparedspeech),又称即席演讲或即时演讲，它是演讲者在没有准备或没有充分准备的情况下临时发表的讲话。论辩演讲通常是辩论赛的形式。由于论辩演讲耗费时间较长，我们课前通常采取的是前两种形式。在命题演讲上我们也突破了常规，不仅有老师命题的形式，也有学生自命题的形式。
在演讲活动中，学生是活动的主体，老师起着组织与点评的作用。这几种演讲形式在语言实践中可以交叉灵活运用，根据目的的不同而在使用上有所区别。在开始阶段，学生的演讲能力还较弱，可让学生进行自由演讲，即命题自定，题材自选。事实表明学生的选材很广泛，涉及故事、谜语、笑话、习语、格言、逸闻趣事或者风俗习惯等。随着自信心的增长，语言能力的提高，教师可以鼓励学生做即兴演讲。即兴演讲是一种临场发挥的演讲形式，也是最能反映一个人思维敏捷程度和语言组织能力的口头表达方式。
2.建议教学方法
建议采用由易到难，由机械地、有准备地发言到即兴演讲，以学生为中心、教师为辅佐的方法进行课堂活动。比如教师前7周每次花30分钟简单地讲授演讲、修辞技巧及实例，然后让学生就某个问题进行自由发言，并提前给出下次要讲的题目。下次_上课时.先让学生自由登台表演，并由其他学生对演讲者内容组织的逻辑性、语法、修辞、思想内容以及演讲的姿态作出评价最后评出1名最佳演讲者以示表扬。活动完成后，教师再讲授新内容，布置新任务给学生。后8周教师继续每次花30分钟左右讲授演讲技巧并进行名篇实例赏析，然后当场给出与技巧相应的情景与题目。让学生大声口头准备1刻钟(亦可写提纲)，再上台演讲或分组进行辩论。学生上台后进行正式演讲，并注意语言，情感，手势，姿势等，最后由教师和同学一起打分，给与评价。
四、英语演讲课对英语学习的作用及要求
英语演讲对学生的语言能力，文化修养，跨文化意识，及个人的综合素质都有较高的要求。
1.出色的英语演讲要以扎实的英语基本功为基础。这对于英语是非母语的学习者来说是一个不小的挑战。要想克服这个困难，我认为最直接，最有效的方法就是大量地、有计划地阅读英文原文和优秀的英文译文。阅读时应采用默读与大声朗读相结合的方式以达到锻炼口才的目的。大量的、有效的英语阅读能够帮助学习者培养用英语思维的习’质，这对提高英语的口头及笔头表达能力是至关重要的。
2.掌握英语公共演讲的艺术也需要大量的语言以外的知识的积累。一个演讲者要受人信服只凭一些英语演讲的技巧和演讲稿的写作方法是远远不够的，事实上，无论是用哪一种语言演讲，成功的先决条件之一都应该是具有广博的知识，这包括对东西方文化的深人了解。对于英语不是母语的人来说，熟悉西方文化是学习英语演讲的重要环节，但成功的英语演讲也离不开演讲者对本民族文化的热爱、了解和尊重。熟悉本民族的历史文化能加大演讲者的思维和想象空间，使其演讲的内容更加丰富，演讲的语言更具表现力。
3.要使演讲这门艺术臻于完美，演讲者必须处理好演讲的内容与形式之间的关系，做到既不拘泥于形势，也不华文滥词。同时尽可能的发挥创造力和想象力，尽量表现出其强烈的求知欲、广泛的兴趣爱好、丰富的百科知识以及高度的社会责任感。
五、对于开设演讲课的几点建议
1选择好的教科书，和参考资料。这些书和内容应该涉及语言训练，文化训练，演讲技能训练及个人综合素质训练。这样才能给教师和学生一个好的学习助手和参考工具。
2.从有准备演讲到即兴演讲分三步走。不急不躁，不贪多贪快，使学生从最基本的技巧内容着手，培养其好的学习习惯和演讲风格。
3.选题从文体到内容都应由易到难，由学生熟悉的到陌生的，并富挑战性，趣味性。除了极富争议性的议论文以外，还可给学生一些说明文体与描写文体的题目，让他们充分发挥想象力。
