一、前期准备
本次活动的前期准备追溯到9月份，我们做好周密而详细的策划并且一切都在计划中顺利进行。由于学习部成员的共同努力，海选时就有接近40名同学报名参加，为了选拔优秀的选手，我们经过海选、初赛、复赛以及决赛。由于xx级新生没有这方面的经验，所以我们对其进行了演讲方面的培训和充分的准备时间。
为了本次活动的成功举办，我们学习部明确分工，各司其职，终于在决赛开始之前备齐了所需物品。我们申请了教室、绶带、奖品、证书，邀请了校园电视台、院学习部及各系学习部代表，专门培养了主持人和幻灯片操作人员、拍摄人员，请了系纪检部、礼仪部人员的协助，分配了专门的人员带观众入席及会场安排等等。
二、活动举办中
原本活动的进行在一切计划中进行，但是在比赛即将来临开始时，又出现了差错。由于xx级师哥、师姐们照集体照致使我们学习部邀请的评委未到或按时到了但是在比赛过程中提前离开，这给会场所有人留下了不好的印象。除此之外，由于申请教室的话筒出现故障，导致主持人在宣读评分及颁发奖品时给观众以及礼仪人员造成了模糊不清的感觉，最终在颁发奖品出现了次序颠倒的问题。
但，本次活动在总体上还是令人满意的。首先，本次活动重点的幻灯片做得很好，的受到了评委老师及嘉宾的好评。其次，xx级新成员各司其职，以认真出色的完成了所被安排的任务，为本次活动的顺利进行奠定的了基础。再次，虽然xx级 选手没有大赛经验，比赛过程当中有点紧张，但是在活动当中表现还是相当出色的。最后，观众对本次活动满意爱还是挺高的，基本达到预期的活动效果。
三、总结和问题的解决措施
1、在每一次活动准备期间尽可能让每一位工作人员了解具体情况
2、在活动组织分工当中，再将工作细分，责任到人，充分利用现有学习部的人力资源优势，提高工作效率。
3、评委老师的数量要尽可能多邀请一点，因为我们也无法预料会有甚么突发事件出现，以防活动出现无评委的现象。
4、严肃现场纪律，尽量杜绝有人随便走动以及纪检部过多导致现场较凌乱。
