【关键词】任务型教学 应对策略 任务计划实践 效果与反思
一、实践的背景与意义
目前高中英语写作中存在的问题主要表现在：1、词汇贫乏或语言句式单调；2、套用母语模式，写作时不注重时态、语态；3、篇章结构混乱。以上错误可归结为两点：一是学生语言知识贫乏，二是语言运用能力差。目前学生在英文写作上的眼高手低之现状，使广大教师必须加以反思并寻找对策。
任务型写作教学实践的基本内内涵就是将任务型学习理念应用到高中英语写作教学中而进行的具体试验，通过设计各种与英语学习内容有关的写作任务， 来巩固、深化语言知识，从而形成基本的写作技能；通过激发学生投入到大量有趣的写作训练中，既能提高学生的写作能力又全面提高语言教学效果。
二、设计任务，学生实践
（一）设计任务的过程主要分为几个阶段
（1）任务前写作阶段。
这一阶段是任务型写作教学的前奏，教师导入写作素材，所用材料大都与教材有关，并结合学生已有的生活和学习经历设计教学活动，所设计的活动力求能唤起学生的兴趣，激活写作的内容；此时学生进入准备状态，通过“图式理论”对已有的相关信息进行搜索整理。
（2）任务中写作阶段。
①角色分工，参与活动。学生分成小组，进行讨论交流，按角色分工，参与活动，进行展示，并在活动的过程中，构建知识，为下一步完成任务做铺垫。
②小组合作，完成任务。在活动之后，学生以小组合作的方式，通过归纳总结以及独立思考等过程完成写作任务。 这时教师在学生需要时(如选词和句型没把握，写作思路上出现了中断等等)，做一个助学者，鼓励学生在写作实践中迸发出创造性的火花，让写作过程更流畅。
③汇报任务。小组内成员展示各自的作文，并选派学生向班级汇报写作结果。
（3）任务后写作阶段。这一阶段主要是进行评价，但是不同于传统的写作课，任务型写作教学改变了评价方式和评价内容。
①改变评价方式，师生共同评价。让学生参与评价，先在小组内比较各人完成写作任务的情况，进行自评和他评。选出优秀者代表小组参加班级的评比，这一轮评比采取小组打分和教师点评相结合。
②改变评价内容，关注写作过程。因为任务型写作教学是以学生完成写作任务的水平为评价目标的，所以教师不但要评价学生的作文，而且要关注学生在 小组活动时的参与情况。这种评价是与课堂教学同步的形成性评价。
（二）学生在任务的实施过程中要注重的几个方面：
（1）逻辑思维训练――将写作与篇章结构的训练相结合。呈现学生感兴趣的文章，让学生参与修改，并推出优秀范评估对照。要做到组句成章，就必须会使用连接成分，安排信息的次序，使行文自然流畅，符合逻辑。教师可采用不同的训练方式，如根据标题列写作提纲，然后再对提纲进行细化；将一些短文中的句子顺序颠倒，让学生重新做出符合逻辑的调整，给未写全的短文配上开头、结尾或者其中的某些细节等等。
（2）连句成文，有效连接词添加训练
当代外语写作教学的一个特点是就写作中起粘合作用的单词与短语进行教学。经常练习如下单纯与短语：
添加（addition）:also, in addition, furthermore
次序（sequence）:first, then ,after that, next finally
原因（reason）: because ,for ,as, since
结果(result): so, therefore, as a result, consequently
对照(contrast):but, however, nevertheless, on the other hand
使用粘合词以不同方式连句作文，可以写出较流畅的段落，如下：
The number of young smokers has increased recently. They enjoy smoking because it helps them relax and they enjoy the taste. Besides, they think smoking is a fashion as they believe that if they don’t smoke, they will not be accepted by their peers. However, smoking is bad for their health, so there is a need to help them kick the habit. Furthermore, Youngsters should be told the risks of smoking to discourage them from starting and
encourage them to quit. Such a measure us more effective than using posters.
三、任务型作文的效果与反思
依托先进的任务型教学理念，通过近一年的任务型写作教学实践，学生的学习兴趣和实际的语言应用能力得到了显著的提高，考试成绩也有了较大的进步。
除此之外，根据笔者的体验，这一教学实践的成效与意义还在于：
1. 充分体现了英语实践性很强的特点，彻底改变了单一的记忆、接受、模仿的被动学习，真实、有趣、有意义的任务有利于激励学生主动参与、亲身实践
独立思考和合作探究。
2．培养和发展学生的创新精神和实践能力，用英语收集和处理信息的能力，
获得新知识的能力，分析和解决问题的能力以及交流与合作的能力。
3．提高教学效益，解决长期费时低效的教学，在实践中既学会知识又形成了技能，从根本上解决了传统教学中因课时紧而较少专门抽时间进行写作教学的弊端。
当然，任何方法都不是万能的，与此同时，在具体操作中我们也感到，在目
前的条件下，确实也存在着一些问题和不足：
首先，教师必须有高层次的创造性，如果教师仍然局限于其传统的作用，或没时间，没有手段来推行任务型教学，这种类型的教学可以说是不可能的。
其次，由于时间紧迫任务重，任务设计的真实性、有趣性和科学性较难把握；任务设计的整体性、层次性较难把握；难易程度、任务完成中有效指导都有待于
不断探索。
再次，任务型学习对学生要求也是很高的，如果学生只习惯于以教师为中心
的教学，缺乏个人以及小组的责任和义务，推行这种教学法也是很困难的。
最后，在这个过程中，要做到公正、公平、尊重个体差异、性格、脾气、原
有基础和认知水平；充分调动每个学生积极性，鼓励他们积极参与，采取有利措施督促他们完成任务，这在某种程度上增加了教师的工作量。
总之，任务型写作教学法在高中英语的写作教学当中是一种有效的方法。在这样的教学方法中，学习者的写作技能在很大程度上提高了，写作思路也比以前更加开阔了。同时，也使学习者的写作兴趣、写作信心以及写作技巧都有了很大的提高。此外，任务型写作教学法在高中英语中的运用当然还有或多或少的不足之处，这就需要有心的专家学者进一步指出，并加以完善，以更好的服务于我国英语教育事业。
