《Acta Mechanica Sinica》是中国力学学会主办的学术期刊,刊登力学和相关交叉学科在理论研究、实验研究及在国民经济中具有创新性的优秀论文,反映力学学科的学术水平,是力学界同仁科学活动的知已和朋友。

《Acta Mechanica Sinica》本刊是中国力学学会主办的学术期刊。级别:SCI核心期刊。办刊宗旨:促进中外学术交流,提高力学学科的学术水平,服务于我国现代化建设。期刊鼓励发表与力学相关的交叉学科的研究成果,力求成为力学与其他工程和科学分支的桥梁,成为有助于中国力学年青学子成长和推动与中国重大工程建设合作的平台。从2012 年开始,学报将提供四个栏目: 1 、特邀论文,2 、全文,3 、快报,4 、对近期在本刊的讨论。对栏目 1和2的论文从收稿到发表的平均周期,将力争控制在6个月以内;对栏目3和4,则为3个月以内。尽管期刊是逢单月正式发表,论文稿一旦接受发表,将在24小时内网上登出。
